反応染め、硫化染めだけでなく、インディゴ染めやヴィンテージを再現したような特殊染色、ダスティ染めなども可能。また、最小限の蒸気や水、薬品の使用によって環境配慮も行い生地を作成しています。

Simple reactive dyeing as well as special dyeing methods such as indigo are available. We also create fabrics with minimal steam, water, and chemicals to be environmentally friendly. Based on local traditions, we continue to innovate in search of technologies and systems that can provide higher quality products.
In addition to our advanced dyeing techniques, we have a production system that allows us to deliver products in as little as one week, quality control and environmental measures that have earned us the Achievement Award from Intertek, a global certification period, and other unique strengths that go beyond craftsmanship to meet the diversifying needs of the fashion industry.
先染め / Yarn Dyed
播州/HYOGO・NISHIWAKI
「播州織」は、江戸時代から続く兵庫県を代表する織物です。特徴として、糸を先に染めてから織る先染めの製法で作られており、一本一本の糸が染まることで色落ちしにくく、糸の色を自由に組み合わせることにより豊かな色彩や複雑な柄を表現することが出来るます。また、織物に必要な全工程が一つの地域で完結できるのは日本全国を探しても珍しい産地です。各現場に直接足を運び、顔を合わせて意見交換を繰り返すことで、深い信頼関係の下日々新しいモノづくりに挑戦しています。オリジナリティの高い先染め製品を製造しています。
Banshu-ori is one of the representative textiles of Hyogo Prefecture that has been produced since the Edo period. One of its characteristics is that it is made using the yarn-dyeing method, in which the yarns are dyed first and then woven, and as each yarn is dyed, the colors do not fade easily, and by freely combining the colors of the yarns, rich colors and complex patterns can be expressed. In addition, it is rare to find all the processes necessary for weaving can be completed in one area, even if you look all over Japan. By visiting each site directly, meeting face to face, and repeatedly exchanging opinions, we challenge ourselves to create new products on a daily basis based on a deep relationship of trust. We manufacture yarn-dyed products with high originality.
デニム / Denim
岡山・井原/OKAYAMA・IBARA
その名を高めたのは明治時代からの「備中小倉」、そして戦後のジーンズ。服地として丈夫さが売り物だった小倉地は、霜降りの学生服、機関士の作業服などに使われ、井原はその主産地でした。この地で盛んだった木綿の機織り、藍染めの技術が戦後の産業である日本のジーンズの基礎となっています。
現在では、旧式シャトル織機に加え革新織機を駆使してヴィンテージデニムだけでなく、革新的な機能を持つ生地まで幅広く生産しています。
The name “Bitchu Ogura” has been around since the Meiji era, and jeans since the end of World War II. The Ogura fabric, which was sold for its durability as a clothing material, was used for marbled school uniforms and work uniforms for engineers, and Ibara was the main production area. The cotton weaving and indigo dyeing techniques that flourished in this area became the basis for the post-war industry of Japanese jeans. Nowadays, in addition to the old shuttle looms, innovative looms are used to produce not only vintage denim, but also a wide range of fabrics with innovative functions.
合成繊維 / Synthetic
北陸・新潟/HOKURIKU・NIIGATA
合成繊維の一大生産地として世界的に有名、日本で生産されている長繊維(フィラメント)の織物のほとんどは北陸で生産されています。中でも弊社の提携工場では、生地染め製品だけでなく、先染め製品なども生産しています。さらにHISHITOMOのオリジナルの糸を使用することで、独自性の高い生地を生産することが可能となっています。一般的には生地染めの多い合成繊維ですが、短繊維で培った技術を加えることで新たな表現につなげています。
Famous worldwide as a major producer of synthetic fibers, most of the long filament fabrics produced in Japan are produced in Hokuriku. Most of the filament textiles produced in Japan are produced in Hokuriku, and our affiliated factories produce not only fabric-dyed products but also yarn-dyed products. Furthermore, by using HISHITOMO’s original yarns, we are able to produce highly unique fabrics. Synthetic fibers are generally dyed in fabric, but by adding the technology we have cultivated in staple fibers, we are able to create new expressions.
